I have pretty much always been an active person and ever
since I can remember, I've worked out and lead a healthy lifestyle. Except for one thing; I smoked!
One year, after placing well in a fitness competition I was outside, backstage with a few other competitors and they
were smoking, at that point I thought to myself , that’s disgusting, how could I claim to be a fit healthy person
when I smoke?
My biggest fear was that I would gain weight
as many people do when they quit. Well, sure enough, I did.
I fell into all the standard traps, snacking on unhealthy food, eating because of nerves, not knowing what to do with my hands and just feeling hungrier. The worse I looked, the
more I ate and the less I did; it was a truly vicious cycle, one that I knew I needed to break if I was ever going to regain
my confidence, vitality and self-respect. I had gained almost
30 pounds!
The weight gradually added up over the year and by that
point I was totally unmotivated to every train or compete
again, I felt horrible.
Although I felt bad about myself, I was not prepared to
give up. I gathered within myself the courage to make,
what turned out to be, two of the best decisions of my life.
The first was turning to a truly professional trainer, Andre Rzazewski who knew what it would take to get me back on track. The second was implementing a sound nutritional and supplement plan. Andre recommended a new fat burner, Rapidcuts femme and made sure I was taking a top quality whey protein isolate, ISOfemme.
Rapidcuts femme was chosen to help reduce stress-related eating, intensify the release of
fat stores and increase the rate at which that
fat was burned off.
ISOfemme protein powder eally helped with snacking and
made me feel less hungry. Apparently, there are fractions in
the Whey Protein Isolate in ISOfemme that actually make you feel less hungry. It’s also really easy to mix and very tasty; convenience is the key. I’ve found that if you let yourself get hungry, you will fail. You have to plan your meals in advance, eat smaller portions more frequently and increase the amount of high quality protein in your diet.
I can’t say enough about maintaining your motivation and staying positive. Making a life-changing commitment like
this to yourself is a powerful thing. You’ve got to want it and stay fully focused on the end result and know that you will
get there. I stayed committed and made sure that I had the help that I needed to get me through. I’ve kept on setting my sights on new and different challenges to keep me motivated.
| Long story short, with the help of Rapidcuts femme I lost an amazing 35 lbs. in 8 weeks! I love the way I look and now I’m more determined thanever to this keep the weight has stayed off and I am sittingat healthy, lean bodyweight.
